Family Service Association of Redlands will hold its eighth annual Redlands Hunger Walk on June 4 on the campus of the University of Redlands.

The 5K walk, around the University of Redlands campus begins at 8 a.m., and the Citrus Valley High School jazz band will entertain at the halfway point.
“More than 350 walkers participated in 2019, when we had our last in-person walk and we hope those numbers continue to rise,” Jill Prendergast, fund development manager for Family Service Association of Redlands, said in a news release. “This is a wonderful event that helps raise awareness about hunger issues in our community.”
Registration is $35 for adults and $10 for children 12 and younger, available at redlandsfamily service.org. For teams of 10 or more, registration is $30 per adult and $10 for children.
There will also be registration beginning at 7 a.m. the day of the walk, but to be sure to receive an event T-shirt, participants should register by May 24.
Dogs, bicycles and skateboards are not allowed at the walk.
