The Disneyland Resort has announced that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure attraction will premiere in 2024. But the New Orleans Square retail area at the park is already heeding the princess’s arrival.

Eudora’s Chic Boutique, featuring Tiana’s Gourmet Secrets, opened at Disneyland on Sept. 20. The shop, which is next to Blue Bayou Restaurant and across from the Cristal D’orleans store, is based on Disney’s animated film “The Princess and the Frog.” It acts as an extension of the story and imagines what the princess would do after opening her dream restaurant. The shop is intended as a collaboration between Tiana and her dressmaker mother, Eudora.

Line drawings of Tiana as a toddler hang on the walls alongside fabric swatches and sketches of Mardis Gras fashions designed by Eudora. A short stairway leading to a door on one side of the shop periodically chimes in with Tiana’s and her mother’s voices.

The boutique stocks apparel, accessories and housewares. The Disney collaboration collection with influencer Courtney Quinn, featuring more than 20 “Princess and the Frog”-inspired pieces, is available at the store and online. The creative director of the fashion blog “Color Me Courtney” announced the collaboration to her followers at D23 on Sept. 9.

The apparel ranges from Tiana-inspired, green Mickey ears to ombre-colored tulle skirts, men’s denim button-down short-sleeve shirts with embroidered details, and gender-neutral varsity jackets. The collection also includes miniature jacket and skirt sets for Disney nuimo plush figures, which originated in Japan and have grown in popularity among collectors.

Tiana’s Gourmet Secrets are showcased in the form of Disney housewares and cookbooks. The pieces are intended for guests to create a meal inspired by Dooky Chase owner Leah Chase, whose culinary journey was the inspiration for the animated film. Red crab-shaped chowder bowls, heat-resistant ceramic oyster shells for grilling, and ornate oyster knives are interspersed with “The Dooky Chase Cookbook” and beignet mixes from New Orleans famed Cafe Du Monde.
