Southwest Riverside County Pet adoption fair: Shadow Husky Rescue and Pawtriotic Dog Bakery present an adoption fair 1-4p.m. at Pawtriotic Dog Bakery, 33050Antelope Road, Murrieta. Adoptable huskies will be at the event, plus local K-9 teams and radio station KOLA 99.9FM. There will be raffles, food and drinks available for purchase, a tattoo artist offering flash dog tattoos, representatives from animal hospitals and more. The event is in part a fundraiser for a dog in need of surgery.

Western Riverside County Choral concert: The Moreno Valley Master Chorale, directed by Viorel Gheorghe, presents a concert featuring popular songs of the 20th century, 4 p.m. at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 11650Perris Blvd., Moreno Valley. Tickets are $10, available at the door.
