New China Express at 1211 N. Waterman Ave., San Bernardino, which was ordered closed May 16 because of a rodent infestation, was allowed to reopen May 18. Wienerschnitzel at 10207 San Sevaine Way, Jurupa Valley, which was ordered closed May 15 because of insufficient refrigeration, was allowed to reopen May 17.
