New China Express at 1211 N. Waterman Ave., San Bernardino, which was ordered closed May 16 because of a rodent infestatio­n, was allowed to reopen May 18. Wienerschn­itzel at 10207 San Sevaine Way, Jurupa Valley, which was ordered closed May 15 because of insufficie­nt refrigerat­ion, was allowed to reopen May 17.
