Rick Marvin Free­land, 65, of Rock­lin CA passed away peace­fully Mon­day De­cem­ber 3, 2018 at his Brother’s home in Pi­lot Hill CA. He was sur­rounded by his fam­ily. Rick was born to Alex and Hazel (Sally) Free­land on July 10, 1953 in Ro­seville, CA. He grad­u­ated from Oak­mont High School in 1971. He worked at Formica Corp in Rock­lin CA for over 30 years. He will for­ever be known as the man who could make you laugh and al­ways the mas­ter mind of a good prank. Most of all Rick had a big heart for oth­ers. Rick is sur­vived by his daugh­ter Nicole Free­land Reyes; Broth­ers David (Deb­bie) Free­land and Darin (Man­jula) Free­land; Un­cle Wil­liam Ram­sey; His Com­pan­ion Lisa Ras­mussen and her chil­dren Alisha and Kellsey; Nieces and Neph­ews, Re­becca, Andy, Wil­liam and Mi­randa. A memo­rial ser­vice will be held on Tues­day De­cem­ber 11,
