DWI: Bryan P. Holohan, 38, of Ballston Lake, pleaded guilty to two counts of driving while intoxicated, felonies he commit-
ted May 18, 2013, in Saratoga Springs, and Dec. 17, 2013, in Halfmoon. He is scheduled to be sentenced July 24.
Attempted rape: Stephen R. Edgar, 24, of Ballston Spa, pleaded guilty to second-degree attempted rape, a felony he committed Aug. 17, 2013, in Milton. He is scheduled to be sentenced July 24.
Burglary: Thomas J. Dingmon, 23, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced to one to three years in state prison for third-degree burglary, a felony he committed March 28, 2013, in Saratoga Springs.
Rape: Jason C. Smith, 32, of Clifton Park, was sentenced to 10years probation and ordered to register as a sex offender for third-degree rape, a felony he committed from Feb. 24, 2013, to March 9, 2013, in Clifton Park.
DWI: Richard C. Currier, 26, of Ballston Spa was sentenced to time served, five years of probation and the installation and use of the ignition interlock device for driving while intoxicated, a felony he committed Feb. 3, 2014, in Saratoga Springs.

Attempted identity theft: Michael C. Humble, 52, of Schenectady, was sentenced June 2 to 1 1/2 to three years in state prison for first-degree attempted identity theft, a felony he committed Oct. 5, 2013, in Saratoga Springs.
Attempted drug possession: Jody L. Keefer, 36, of Stillwater, was sentenced June 2to time served and five years of proba-
