Controlled substance: Gregory J. McKinney, 26, of Gansevoort was charged at 10:50p.m. June 3in Moreau with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeanors, as well as unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and equipment and seat belt violations.

Assault: Bonnie L. Headen, 58, of Victory Mills was

charged at 3:33p.m. June 3 in Saratoga with assault, for allegedly recklessly causing an injury, and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors.

Menacing: Norman L. Ward, 56, of Charlton was charged at 7:55p.m. June 3with third-degree menacing and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, misdemeanors.

Felony contempt: Jackie McGonigle, 30, of Ballston Lake was charged at 9:30 p.m. June 3with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony for allegedly violating an order of protection, as well as criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation.
