Drug possession: Lyndsey A. Michaelsen, 34, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 11:13 p.m. Sept. 29 on Henning Road and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Unlicensed operation: Jacob J. Weakland, 31, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:42 p.m. Sept. 29 on East Avenue and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Drug possession: Stacey R. Watson, 44, of Schenectady was arrested at 2:13 a.m. Sept. 29 on Nelson Avenue and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed operation: Zachary C. Springer, 27, of Lake Luzerne was arrested at 4:29 p.m. Sept. 26 on Union Avenue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Petit larceny: Deborah L. Latalladi, 54, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 26 on West Avenue and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
