Ragotskie, 25, of Ballston Spa was arrested March 19 in Milton and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a felony because of a previous drugged-driving conviction within the past 10 years, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, using a vehicle without an interlocking device, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanor. Identity theft: Jemma Francis, 61, of Schenectady was arrested March 19 in Clifton Park and charged with first-degree identity theft, a felony. Drug possession: Eric M. Herrey, 37, of Halfmoon was arrested March 19 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors. Felony DWI: Stephanie A. Domanico, 29, of Clifton Park was arrested March 19 in Malta and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, felonies because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10 years. Grand larceny: Nicholina J. Sarro, 24, of Ballston Spa was arrested March 20 in Clifton Park and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.
