Group plans tour

Showcase of Homes aids charities

SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. >> The 2017 Saratoga Showcase of Homes Committee is busy planning this year’s edition of the area’s big home tour.

The showcase will take place over three weekends, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sept. 16 - 17, 23 - 24 and Sept. 30 - Oct. 1, featuring some of the region’s finest builders showcasing their new construction.

Tickets to the tour, which are valid for all six days, cost $20 per person and are available online.

The 2017 Saratoga Showcase of Homes lineup is shaping up to include many new homes on display in Saratoga County from companies such as Bella Homes, Belmonte Builders, Bonacio Construction, Heritage Custom Builders, LaFemme Home Builders, Marini Homes, McPadden Builders, Saratoga Builders, VanVeghten Construction, Witt Construction and more.

Now celebrating its 22nd year, this annual community tradition has now contributed more than $1 million to local charities. A total of $70,000 was donated last year.

Proceeds from the 2017 Saratoga Showcase of Homes event will benefit Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties.

Saratoga Showcase of Homes is produced by the Saratoga Builders Association, a non-profit, specialized professional trade organization representing our local building industry. This organization is committed to the continued growth, prosperity and quality of life in Saratoga County.

Currently, the Saratoga Showcase of Homes plan-

ning committee is seeking sponsors. Corporate and media sponsorship opportunities are now available and showcase home builder reservations are in progress.

Organizers also have an extensive marketing and promotional campaign in development that includes official media sponsors in newspapers, magazines, online, television, outdoor advertising and social media.
