Kate Byrne Design opens
Business offers variety of services
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.>> Kate Byrne Design, a new branding and graphic design studio, is now open for business in downtown Saratoga Springs.
Byrne started the business last month on Warren Street.
The studio is colocated with a local print shop, Advantage Press at 74 Warren St. This unique partnership allows clients to follow the project development cycle from initial creative concept to final production, and provide input throughout the entire design process.
A Saratoga Springs native, Byrne specializes in branding materials and identity systems spanning both digital and print mediums, including logo design, business stationery, posters, social media and web design. Her work strives to use visual narratives that create powerful first impressions, communicating with audiences instantly and effectively.
Kate Byrne Design also does illustration, bridal
bouquet portraits, and a wide variety of social correspondence, including wedding invitations, RSVP cards, custom maps and personal stationery.
Byrne previously worked for several years at Burton Snowboards in Burlington, Vt., before deciding to open a new business in her hometown.
“There is a certain energy and excitement in Saratoga, and deep sense of community that I really missed,” she said in a press release. “It’s so fun to watch the city grow, and I realized I really wanted to be a part of it. When the opportunity to rent space alongside Advantage Press presented itself, I knew it was the perfect opportunity, one that I couldn’t miss.”
