Southwell, 36, of Saratoga Springs was arrested July 7 in Wilton and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Tyler P. Ventura, 30, of Wareham, Mass., was arrested July 8 in Wilton and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, leaving the scene of an accident and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. Impersonation: Robert T. Strack, 29, of Cohoes was arrested July 7 in Malta and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation and thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. DWI: Andrew C. Durie, 29, of Hudson Falls was arrested July 8 in Moreau and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Peterkin, 38, of Saratoga Springs was arrested July 8 in Ballston and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Petit larceny: Michael A. Whelan, 28, of Rock City Falls was arrested July 8 in Clifton Park and charged with petit larceny and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. False reporting: Ted L. Whitelaw, 22, of Clifton Park was arrested July 8 in Clifton Park and charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident, a felony, and second-degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor. Marijuana sale: William R. Grupinski, 21, of Clifton Park was arrested July 9 in Clifton Park and charged with fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Felony DWI: Paul A. Chojnacki, 36, of Schuylerville was arrested July 8 in Easton and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, felonies because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10 years, and firstdegree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony.
