Whitelaw, 22, of Clifton Park was arrested July 8 in Clifton Park and charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident, a felony, and second-degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor. Marijuana sale: William R. Grupinski, 21, of Clifton Park was arrested July 9 in Clifton Park and charged with fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Felony DWI: Paul A. Chojnacki, 36, of Schuylerville was arrested July 8 in Easton and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, felonies because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10 years, and firstdegree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony.
