Larceny: Brunilda Ortiz, 44, of Philadelphia, was charged Aug. 13 with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. DWI: Walter E. Grabowski, 59, of Ballston Spa, was charged Aug. 13 with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway. Unlicensed: Riley J. Older, 20, of Greenfield Center, was charged Aug. 13 with misdemeanor thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation. DWI: Darren T. Sawyer, 56, of Clifton Park, was charged Aug. 13 with felony driving while intoxicated, felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felony driving with a blood-alcohol content higher than or equal to 0.08 percent, and unreasonable speed. Mischief: Raymond C. Bishop, 24, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Aug. 13 with felony thirddegree criminal mischief and misdemeanor resisting arrest. Possession: Tearney R. Jones, 33, of Lake Luzerne, was charged Aug. 13 with misdemeanor seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and no/ expired inspection certificate. Trespass: Natale Modica, 32, of New York City, was charged Aug. 12 with misdemeanor third-degree criminal trespass. DWI: Michele L. Jurica, 29, of Wilmington, N.C., was charged Aug. 12 with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor driving with a blood-alcohol content higher than or equal to 0.08 percent, and a right of way violation/left turn. DWI: Temujin V. Bozeman, 59, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Aug. 12 with felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving with a blood-alcohol content higher than or equal to 0.08 percent, felony aggravated DWI, leaving the scene of an auto accident (property), and failure to keep right. Mischief: Corey P. Morgan, 21, of Ridgewood, N.J., was charged Aug. 12 with fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespass, both misdemeanors. Possession: Patrick J. McFadden, 58, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Aug. 12 with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Possession: Jacquelyn L. Morlang, 43, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Aug. 12 with misdemeanor seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance outside its original container. DWI: Spencer T. Heline, 25, of Schuylerville, was charged Aug. 12 with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor driving with a blood-alcohol content higher than or equal to 0.08 percent, misdemeanor aggravated DWI, speeding and failure to keep right.
