Jeanne C. Cramer

SARATOGA SPRINGS – Jeanne C. Cramer, 97, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 13, 2017 at Wesley Health Care Center. She was the wife of the late Charles E. Cramer.

Born on Aug. 2, 1920 in Chatham, NY, she was the daughter of the late George and Dora ford. Jeanne was a graduate of the Austin Beauty School and also taught there. A member of the Saratoga Springs United Methodist Church, she was a Sunday school teacher for many years and enjoyed church activities as well as crafting, gardening and spending time with family and friends. Jeanne’s kindness, love and compassion will be remembered by all those who knew her.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her two sisters, Eldoris Meek and Ruth Craig, and her brother, Stanley Ransford.

Survivors include her daughter Charlene (Larry) Yaeger; grandchildren, Todd (Nancy) Yaeger and Kelley (Jamie) Weed; grandchildren, Stephanie, Morgan, Collin and Madeline, her greatest joy, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call from 10 to 11am Friday, Aug. 18, 2017 at the Saratoga Springs United Method- ist Church, 175 Fifth Ave. A church service will follow at 11am and burial will be in the family plot at Green- ridge Cemetery, Lincoln Ave.

In lieu of flowers nations may be made in Jeanne’s memory to The Children’s Ministry c/o the Saratoga Springs United Methodist Church.
