Heroth, 21, of Gloversville was arrested Aug. 26in Saratoga Springs and chargedwith first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Aggravated DWI: Renee M. Daiuto, 24, of Cambridge was arrested Aug. 26in Wilton and chargedwith aggravated driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a child passenger, and DWI, a misdemeanor.
