Drugged driving:

Brittany N. Sims, 28, of Schenectad­y was arrested at 9:27 p.m. Oct. 17 on South Broadway and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and seventhdeg­ree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeano­rs.

Unlicensed operation:

Ricardo Bastidas, 37, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 8 p.m. Oct. 17 on West Avenue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeano­r.

Assault:

Taylor L. Hudson, 16, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 7:39 a.m. Oct. 17 on Blue Streak Boulevard and charged with third-degree assault and endangerin­g the welfare of a child, misdemeano­rs.

Unlicensed operation:

Jessica L. Colton, 33, of Greenfield Center was arrested at 12:55 a.m. Oct. 17 on South Broadway and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeano­r.

Drug possession:

Joshua D. Busold, 19, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Oct. 16 on Spring Street and charged with three counts of seventhdeg­ree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r.

Assault:

James S. Sluti, 33, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 7:30 a.m. Oct. 16 on Allen Drive and charged with third-degree assault, seconddegr­ee criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeano­rs. Also arrested was Susan E. Steenburgh, 32, of Saratoga Springs who was charged with third-degree assault.
