DWI: Pauline E. Gauthier, 47, of Moreau was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated at 8:36 a.m. on Feb. 23 on Route 9 in Moreau. Petit larceny: Rachael N. Furman, 25, of Saratoga Springs was charged with petit larceny at 16 Old Gick Rd. in Wilton at 10:50 a.m. on Feb. 23.
Parole violation: Billy G. Cassell, 38, of Gansevoort, was charged with a parole violation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 23 at 4651 Route 50 in Northumberland.
Drug possession: Joshua L. Hunt, 27, of Schuylerville; Kevin R. Linen, 53, of Clifton Park; and Shawn D. Boivin, 32, of Cohoes were charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 8:50 p.m. on Feb. 23 on Route 146 in Clifton Park. Boivin was also charged with tampering with physical evidence, in an attempt to conceal or destroy it. Hindering: Vanessa L. Graham, 35, of Gansevoort was charged with third-degree hindering prosecution at 9:25 a.m. Thursday at 4651 Route 50 in Northumberland.
Rape: John G. Coler, 37, of Clifton Park was charged with two counts of third-degree rape and thirddegree criminal sexual act, all felonies, and acting in a manner injurious to a child, a misdemeanor, at 11 a.m. Thursday.
Impaired driving: Benjamin S. Koren, 22, of Malta was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs at 10:16 p.m. Thursday on Route 9 in Malta.
