Shores, 46, was charged Feb. 28 in Moreau with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Rape: Scott Austin Laux, 17, was charged March 1 in Ballston Spa with first-degree rape. DWI: Krysta M. Berry, 24, was charge March 2 in Clifton Park with aggravated driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
