DWI: Marc G. Citro, 31, of Scotia was arrested April 21 in Ballston and charged with drivign while intoxciated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Assault: Anthony G. Pharo, 76, of Ballston Spa was arrested April 20 in Wilton and charged with third-degree assault and criminal mischief, misdemeanors.

Resisting arrest: Matthew G. Bull, 45, of Saratoga Springs was arrested April 20 in Malta and charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, during the execution of a bench warrant.

Drugged driving : Maxwell M. Leiser, 31, of Ballston Spa April 21 in Ballston and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.

Felony drugged driving: Brandon M. Iacovissi, 27, of Clifton Park was arrested April 20 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a felony because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10 years, and first-degree vehicular assault, also a felony.

Contempt: Eric M. LaFlamme, 46, of Burnt Hills was arrested April 21 in Ballston and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony.

DWI: Kyle J. Waldron, 27, of Ballston Lake was arrested April 22 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

Aggravated DWI: Jonathan R. Garrow, 23, of Troy was arrested April 22 in Ballston and charged with aggravated driving while

intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors. Marijuana possession: Shanelle P. Davis, 24, of Brooklyn was arrested April 21 in Clifton Park and charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony.

Sentencing: Ashley A. Tappan, 32, of Ballston Spa was sentenced April 20 to eight months in jail after pleading guilty March 2 to driving while intoxicated, a class E felony. Sentencing: Edward G. Waters, 53, of Stillwater was sentenced April 20 to 60 days in jail after pleading guilty March 2 to first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a class E felony. Sentencing: Matthew S. Ragotskie, 26, of Milton was sentenced April 20 to two to four years in state prison after pleading guilty March 16 to first-degree promoting prison contraband, a class D felony. Sentencing: Jordan A. Jones, 27, of Ballston Spa was sentenced April 20 to five years probation after pleading guilty March 2 to first-degree aggrravated unlicensed operation, a class E felony, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Sentencing: Thomas J. Dingmon, 27, of Saratoga Springs was sentenced April 20 to three to six years in state prison after pleading guilty March 2 to third-degree burglary, a class D felony. Sentencing: William S. Cason, 34, of Hadley was sentenced April 20 to three years in state prison after pleading guilty Oct. 25, 2017, to second-degree assault, a class D violent felony.
