Take an educationa­l walk through the Karner management area to learn more about the federally endangered Karner blue butterfly and state-threatened frosted elfin, their ecology and relationsh­ip to wild lupine, as well as how the butterflie­s and their habitat are monitored and managed. The new observator­y located on the grounds of miSci holds a modern 14 inch telescope that lets us observe the stars, planets and even galaxies beyond the Milky Way.
