Troy man accused of public lewdness
MILTON, N.Y. » A Troy man has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to adult woman and teenage girls in different neighborhoods throughout the town of Milton.
Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office received numerous calls from victims dating back to May of this year.
During the course of the investigation, investigators determined the identity of the male to be 33-year-old Patrick Sullivan, of 545 Third Avenue in Troy.
On numerous occasions, Sullivan allegedly drove up to women and young girls and ask for directions, or if they had seen his lost dog. When they approached his car, he would then expose and fondle himself.
On another occasion, Sullivan stopped alongside a young female and showed her a picture on his phone of a girl he was looking for. When the young girl said she didn’t know the girl, he asked her to look again. When the picture was shown a second time it’s alleged the picture was of a naked man.
Victims in this case range from 27 years of age to 14. At the time of the incidents Sullivan was driving a 2009 Ford Focus four door car color blue. Sullivan was arrested and charged with three counts of public lewdness, a misdemeanor and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned in the Town of Milton Court.
He was released to pre-trial services and will be back in court on August 21, 2018.
