JOHNSTOWN 3, QUEENSBURY 1 - Taryn Ringer netted two goals for Johnstown to continue their unbeaten streak to now 14-0 this season. Along with Ringer, Anna lee scored for Johnstown. Queensbury’s Emily Korniak scored in the second half. Which was the lone goal for her team. Johnstown outshot Queensury 22-6.

TACONIC HILLS 2, EMMA WILLARD 1 (OT) - Amelia Canetto scored the overtime game winning goal for Taconic over Emma Willard. Emma Willard’s goal was scored by Molly Zahnleuter. Delana Bonci scored Taconic Hills first goal in the first half.

SARATOGA 237, SHEN 237 - Saratoga won the tiebreaker of the match Thursday to earn the Suburban Council win over Shen. For Saratoga, Nolan Crowley and William Braxton each shot 37’s and Clarkie Carroll shot a 39. For Shen, Mike Westfall shot a 36, Paule Goetz a 37, and Jake Pardi rounded the three leaders out with a 39.

CBA 3, GUILDERLAN­D 1 - Jack Mendrysa and Sumahri Stewart each contribute­d goals to CBA’s win over Guilderlan­d Thursday. Stewart’s goal was in the first half while Mendrysa’s was in the second.

BETHLEHEM 1, SHAKER 1 (2OT) - Shaker and Bethlehem could not determine a winner after some extra time Thursday. Shaker’s goal was scored by Will Augstell and Bethlehem’s was by Kaprielian.

AVERILL PARK 3, BURNT HILLS-BALLSTON LAKE 1 - Averill Park had three different goal scorers contribute to their win over Burnt Hills Thursday for the win. Sydney Haskin, Bryanna Swinson, and Madelyn VanAken each scored in the win for Averill Park. Burnt Hills’ goal was scored by Cassidy Karl. Averill Park goalkeeper Megan Glanton made nine saves to power her team to the win and Burnt Hills’ Hannah Ashcraft made ten in her club’s loss.

GREENWICH 6, SARATOGA CENTRAL CATHOLIC 1 - Faith Ingber and Ashley Gwin contribute­d two goals in the win for Greenwich. An own goal for Central Catholic coming thanks to a Gwin corner and Francesca Levitas’ goal rounded out the offense Thursday for Greenwich. Central Catholic’s goal was scored by Lauren Maher.

TROY 1, ALBANY 0 Abby Burns scored the lone goal of the match Thursday between Troy and Albany to give her Flying Horses the 1-0 win. Maddie Rifenberic­k made three saves in route to the shut out and Albany goalies Sophia Goldsmith and Polina Cassella combined for six saves. Shen goalkeeper Kannan Shertzer made eight saves in the win and Niskayuna goalkeeper Emma Anderson made three saves.

SHEN 2, NISKAYUNA 1 - Shen’s Michelle Clarkin and Bella Guarracino each tallied goals for Shen to power the club to the win Thursday night. Niskayuna’s goal was scored by Olivia Piraino.

BETHLEHEM 6, SHAKER 3 - Claire Hutton scored two goals for Bethlehem to power her club to the win over Shaker Thursday. Olivia Martuscell­o tallied two of her own for Shaker despite the loss. Brianna Price, Ruth Hotaling, Fiona Ryan, and Grace Hotaling each tallied goals for Bethlehem.

BURNT HILLSBALLS­TON LAKE 3, AVERILL PARK 0 - Burnt Hills improves to 15-2 overall this season with the sweep of Averill Park Thursday. Set scores were 25-16, 25-20, and 25-7. Freshmen Callie Chevalier and Carlie Rzeszotars­ki combined for 17 kills and Sophomore Claire Isaksen added 28 assists. For Averill Park, Emma Burdick had four kills and Jackie Borland had five blocks.

BALLSTON SPA 3, SCHENECTAD­Y 0 - Ballston Spa swept Schenectad­y in Thursday’s match. Set scores were 25-14, 25-10, and 25-16. For Ballston Spa, Megan McMahon had nine kills, ten assists, three aces, and four blocks. Paige Davis had four aces and Anna Pilkey had five blocks and four kills. For Schenectad­y Gelmajony Marrero Martinez had three aces, five kills and seven digs. Marisaa Gannon had 15 assists and five digs.

RAVENA-COEYMANSSE­LKIRK 3, COHOES 0 RCS swept Cohoes to become 7-2 this season with the win Thursday. Set scores were 25-4, 25-6, and 25-20. Seniors Caitlin Orsino and Johann Rolon contribute­d seven aces each and senior Meghan Borger added six. Senior Rylee Polverelli had four kills and sophomore Grace Engel had five kills. Julianne Banahan had five assists and Tory Kendrick added seven.

HOLY NAMES 3, ICHABOD CRANE 0 - Holy Names swept Ichabod Crane Thursday. Set scores were 25-10, 25-18, and 25-17.

SHEN 3, NISKAYUNA 0 - Shen Swept Niskayuna to become 12-3 now this season with the win Thursday. Set scores were 25-21, 25-19, and 25-11. Niskayuna falls to 7-3. For Shen, Annie Sala had 14 kills. Ashley Lavigne had seven service points, 27 assists, and nine digs. Olivia DeBortoli had nine kills and six blocks. Izzy Burns had 14 service points, two aces, and seven digs. Mia Waddell added five service points and 14 digs. Niskayuna’s Stefana Stan had six kills, Katie Atchinson added seven assists, and Molly Mason had 22 digs.

SARATOGA CENTRAL CATHOLIC 3, SCHUYLERVI­LLE 1 - Central Catholic picked up the win over Schuylervi­lle Thursday to improve to 10-2 overall this season. Set scores were 2520, 24-14, 23-25, and 2522. For SCC, Elise Browell had 13 service points, three aces, and 29 assists. Kennedy Murphy had 14 kills and an assist and MaryClare Pikus had seven kills, a block, and five digs. Grace O’Reilly added 18 service points, three aces, and nine kills. For Schuylervi­lle, Jada Clarke had five kills and four blocks. Averi Doyle had 37 assists and Eva Drohobycky contribute­d 13 digs.

ALBANY 3, TROY 0 Albany swept Troy in the Suburban Council meeting Thursday. Set scores were 25-14, 25-22, and 25-18. For Albany, Mayah Bright had six kills, Elaina Moisidis had 20 digs, Riley McGinn contribute­d 12 assists, and Kelsey McGinn added four kills. For Troy, Jenalyse Alarcon had six 6 kills and four blocks and Sophia DiNova contribute­d 13 assists.

VOORHEESVI­LLE 3, COBLESKILL 0 - Voorheesvi­lle picked up the Colonial Council win Thursday over Cobleskill. Set scores were 25-16, 25-22, and 25-14. For Voorheesvi­lle, Amelia Rowland had 11 points, six digs, and 22 receptions. Katy Bablin had ten points, five kills, and 17 assists. Victoria Konicki had seven points, 13 kills, and five blocks.
