Reckless endangerment: Ford T. Fafard, 19, of Greenfield Center, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Dec. 9 on Route 9N and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment in the second-degree, a misdemeanor, and attempted assault in the third-degree, a misdemeanor.

Tampering: Michael J. Hodson, 28, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 2:37 a.m. on Dec. 9 on Caroline Street and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree, a misdemeanor, and criminal tampering in the third-degree, a misdemeanor.

Mischief: Matthew L. Snowball, 42, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 10:28 a.m. on Dec. 8 on Church Street and charged with criminal mischief in the fourthdegree.

Larceny: Kyle J. Sisco, 26, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on a warrant at 8:15 a.m. on Dec. 7 at 5 Lake Ave. and charged with grand larceny in the fourth-degree

DWI: William F. Mosso, 27, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 3 a.m. on Dec. 7 on Union Avenue following a traffic stop and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08 percent, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Charles J. MacDougall, 43, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. on Dec. 7 on Park Place following a traffic stop and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh-degree, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Shayn R. Foley, 27, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. on Dec. 7 on Van Dorn Street following a traffic stop and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and driving with a blood- alcohol content of more than .08 percent, a misdemeanor.

Larceny: James J. Altamirano, 37, of Ballston Spa, was arrested on warrants at 11:24 a.m. on Dec. 6 on South Broadway and charged with three counts of petit larceny, a misdemeanor. DWI: Kevin C. Kenton, 30, of Wethersfield, Conn., was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on Dec. 5 on Broadway following a traffic stop and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08 percent, a misdemeanor, failure to comply with lawful order of the police and unlawful possession of marijuana. Unlicensed driving: Bailey M. Turney, 22, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Dec. 5 on Old Ballston Avenue after being involved in a property damage accident and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the third-degree, a misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Marijuana possession: Connor J. Pressley, 19, of Saratoga Springs, was was arrested at 10:42 a.m. on Dec. 5 on West Circular Street and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the third-degree, a felony. Assault: Joseph J. Sesselman, 31, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Dec. 4 at 5 Lake Ave. and charged with assault in the third-degree, a misdemeanor, and two counts of criminal mischief in the fourth- degree, both misdemeanors. Larceny: Angela H. Grimaldi, 49, of South Glens Falls, was arrested on a warrant at 1:48 p.m. on Dec. 4 at 5 Lake Ave. and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. DWI: James M. CaronWilliams, 24, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. on Dec. 4 on Park Place following a traffic stop and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
