Unlicensed Operation: Elena Costa, 24, was arrested at 5:36 p.m. on April 20 after a traffic stop on Lake Avenue and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third degree, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Richard Razzano, 23, of South Glens Falls was arrested at 12:42 a.m. on April 20 after a traffic stop on Putnam Street and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or above first offense, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or more, all misdemeanors.

DWI: Brittany Neddo, 28, of Cohoes, was arrested at 2:00 a.m. on April 21 on South Broadway following a traffic stop and charged with driving while Intoxicated first offense, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more first offense, both misdemeanors.

DWI: Robert Stafford, 23, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 2:46 a.m. on April 21 on North Broadway following a traffic stop and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or more, driving while Intoxicated first offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more first offense, both misdemeanors. DWI: Scott Parillo, 45, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on April 21 on Beacon Hill Drive after being involved in a personal injury accident and charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident with failure to show a license/insurance ID, all misdemeanors.
