Democratic bid for Saratoga Finance Commissioner highlights handful of races today
SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. >> A handful of primaries throughout the county will take place on Tuesday, highlighted by the Democratic race for Finance Commissioner between incumbent Michele Madigan and Patty Morrison.
Voting takes place between noon and 9 p.m. Primary elections will be taking place in the following Parties and Towns/Cities only:
