Criminal Mischief: Michael Cherry, 29, of North Babylon was arrested at 4:14 a.m. on Caroline Street and charged with criminal mischief third degree: damage to another person’s property in an amount greater than $250, a felony. Harassment: Raymond Conniff, 25, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on a warrant at 4:16 a.m. on June 21 on Lake Avenue and charged with aggravated harassment second degree: communicat­ing a threat by phone, computer or mail, a misdemeano­r. Criminal Mischief: Gurjot Grewal, 25, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on June 21 on King Arthur Court and charged with criminal mischief: intent to damage property, a misdemeano­r.

Criminal Sexual Act: Salah Aladwar, 20, of Schenectad­y was arrested at 2:37 a.m. on June 22 on Broadway and charged with a criminal sexual act third degree: lack of consent/victim not capable of consent, a felony, and forcible touching, a misdemeano­r.
