Drug Possession: D’Jontay Bennifield,20, of Greenfield was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on June 20 on Jefferson Terrace and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree, and criminal possession of marijuana, both misdemeanors.

Criminal Mischief: Michael Cherry, 29, of North Babylon was arrested at 4:14 a.m. on Caroline Street and charged with criminal mischief third degree: damage to another person’s property in an amount greater than $250, a felony. Harassment: Raymond Conniff, 25, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on a warrant at 4:16 a.m. on June 21 on Lake Avenue and charged with aggravated harassment second degree: communicating a threat by phone, computer or mail, a misdemeanor. Criminal Mischief: Gurjot Grewal, 25, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on June 21 on King Arthur Court and charged with criminal mischief: intent to damage property, a misdemeanor.

Criminal Mischief: Charles Lowell, 66, of Queensbury was arrested at 8:29 p.m. on June 21 on Zephyr Lane and charged

with criminal mischief third degree: damage to another person’s property in an amount greater than $250, a felony. Criminal Contempt: Matthew Bertiaume, 26, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 1:31 a.m. on June 22 and charged with criminal contempt second degree: disobeying the court, a misdemeanor. Criminal Sexual Act: Salah Aladwar, 20, of Schenectady was arrested at 2:37 a.m. on June 22 on Broadway and charged with a criminal sexual act third degree: lack of consent/victim not capable of consent, a felony, and forcible touching, a misdemeanor.
