DWI: Michael Donato, 35, of Albany was arrested at 6:34 p.m. on June 12 on Ballston Avenue and Finley Street after a traffic stop and charged with driving while intoxicate­d, first offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, first offense; both misdemeano­rs.

Petit Larceny: Marissa Brestar, 17, of Wilton, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. on July 12 on Ballston Avenue and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r.

DWI: Sarah Flexon, 21, of Albany, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. on July 13 on Broadway and Huestis Court after a traffic stop and charged with driving while intoxicate­d, first offense; and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, first offense, both misdemeano­rs.

Assault: Keith Owen, 41, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on July 13, on West Avenue following a traffic stop and charged with aggravated family offense: more than one within five years, assault with intent to cause injury to an officer, and criminal contempt first degree with a prior conviction within five years, all felonies; and resisting arrest, a misdemeano­r. Assault: Gabrielle Sullivan, 22, of Ballston Lake was arrested at 3:00 a.m. on Caroline Street and charged with disorderly conduct: fighting and violent behavior and assault second degree, with intent to cause injury to an officer, fireman, EMS, Nurse, or crossing guard, a felony.

Theft of Services: Eileen Snyder, 69, of Amsterdam was arrested at 9:43 p.m. on July 14 on Broadway and charged with failure to pay for service based on stealth, a misdemeano­r.

Unlicensed Operation: Robert Faith, 34, of Greenfield Center was arrested at 12:44 a.m. on July 15 on Route 9N and West Avenue following a traffic stop and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third degree, a misdemeano­r.

Unlicensed Operation, Drug Possession: Jeffrey Bishop, 27, of Saratoga Springs, 27, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. on July 15 on Hutchins Road and Ballston Avenue following a traffic stop and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation second degree with three or more suspension­s on three or more separate dates, and criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree, both misdemeano­rs.
