DWI, Drug Possession: Tharman Griffin, 40, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 1:07 a.m. on Oct. 8 on Spring Street and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance fifth degree: cocaine, and tampering with physical evidence, both felonies, and driving while intoxicated: first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more: first offense, both misdemeanors.

Unlicensed Operation: Kevin Saxton, 31, of Queensbury was arrested at 6:58 a.m. on Oct. 8 on Rt. 50 and I-87 after being involved in a motor vehicle accident and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, third degree, a misdemeanor.

Criminal Contempt: Kathryn Fasano, 45, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on a warrant at 9:10 a.m. on Oct. 10 on County Farm Road and charged with criminal contempt: violation of an order of protection, a felony.

Criminal Mischief: Forrest Jenkins, 24, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 2:38 p.m. on Oct. 10 on West Harrison Street and charged with criminal mischief third degree: damaging property valued at over $250, a felony.

Unlicensed Operation: Robert Faith, 34, of Greenfield Center was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on Oct. 10 on Church Street following a traffic stop and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, third degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree, both misdemeanors.

DWI: David Bodenstab, 59, of Corinth was arrested at 3:58 a.m. on Oct. 11 following a traffic stop on Lake Avenue and Maple Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated: first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or more, both misdemeanors.

Welfare Fraud: Dihery LopezLanzo, 34, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 11 at 5 Lake Ave. and charged with welfare fraud third degree and offering a false instrument for filing first degree with intent to defraud, both felonies.
