BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. >> Local website development firm Mountain Media recently expanded its data center with a goal to offer clients the best option available on the Eastern Seaboard.

The company, a full-service website development firm, has expanded to provide fully redundant data centers with nearinstantaneous connections and automatic switchover services, ensuring clients’ ecommerce and other mission-critical applications remain accessible in power failures or other disasters.

The firm, which moved its offices to Ballston Spa from Saratoga Springs earlier this month, took in a capital partner to assist in developing this best-inclass data center. Working with Kincaid Network Solutions, Mountain Media now offers one of the best-connected and mostscalable web hosting environments on the Eastern Seaboard.

“We have a long history of working collaboratively with Kincaid Network Solutions and its founder, Bob Priest,” said Mountain Media President and CEO James Curley, in a press release. “We’re pleased to work with Kincaid as we move our hosting capabilities to the next level for mid-tier ecommerce and business application websites.”

Expanding Mountain Media’s data center further helps clients handle complex IT requirements, including security compliance for HIPAA, PCI DSS and other programs.

Kincaid Network Solutions founder Bob Priest added, “Mountain Media has been a leader in digital marketing and web development for years. We

are pleased to be a part of this work, and we see a lot of benefits for both Mountain Media and Kincaid.”

Bob Belber, SMG’s regional general manager, and the Times Union Arena’s general manager, commended Mountain Media’s focus on keeping his sites up and running.

“The Times Union Center’s website comes under significant demand during performances and when tickets go on sale for big concerts and sporting events,” he said in the release. “Mountain Media has done an excellent job ensuring our site’s availability, performance and security.”
