Un­li­censed Oper­a­tion: Ravett What­ley, 40, of Saratoga Springs was ar­rested at 8:21 p.m. on Nov. 3 fol­low­ing a traf­fic stop on Ball­ston Av­enue and charged with ag­gra­vated un­li­censed oper­a­tion of a mo­tor ve­hi­cle third de­gree, and a sus­pended reg­is­tra­tion, both mis­de­meanors.

Unau­tho­rized Use Of A Ve­hi­cle: James Espinoza, 34, of Me­chan­icville was ar­rested at 8:41 a.m. on Nov. 5 on Van Dorn Street and charged with unau­tho­rized use of a ve­hi­cle with­out the owner’s con­sent, a mis­de­meanor.

False Re­port: Johnathan Stahl, 27, of Saratoga Springs was ar­rested at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 4 at 5 Lake Av­enue and charged with falsely re­port­ing to law en­force­ment an in­ci­dent that didn’t oc­cur, a mis­de­meanor.

DWI, Un­li­censed Oper­a­tion: Royal Hamil­ton, 38, of Salem was ar­rested at 4:11 a.m. on Nov. 6 fol­low­ing a traf­fic stop on Phila and Put­nam Streets and charged with charged with driv­ing while abil­ity im­paired by drugs or al­co­hol: first of­fense, a mis­de­meanor and ag­gra­vated un­li­censed oper­a­tion of a mo­tor ve­hi­cle, first de­gree, a felony.

Un­li­censed Oper­a­tion: Sha­ton Vance, 31, of Saratoga Springs was ar­rested at 10:02 p.m. on Nov. 6 fol­low­ing a traf­fic stop on Spring

Street and charged with ag­gra­vated un­li­censed oper­a­tion of a mo­tor ve­hi­cle third de­gree, a mis­de­meanor. DWI, Un­li­censed Oper­a­tion: Molly Man­ley, 29, was ar­rested at 2:16 a.m. on Nov. 7 fol­low­ing a traf­fic stop on Di­vi­sion Street and charged with ag­gra­vated un­li­censed oper­a­tion of a mo­tor ve­hi­cle third de­gree, driv­ing while in­tox­i­cated: first of­fense, and op­er­at­ing a mo­tor ve­hi­cle with a blood al­co­hol con­tent of .08 per­cent or more: first of­fense, all mis­de­meanors. DWI: Lee Stout, 70, of Saratoga Springs was ar­rested at 12:33 a.m. on Nov. 7 on Lin­coln Av­enue and charged with driv­ing while in­tox­i­cated: first of­fense, a mis­de­meanor.
