This caused the crowd to exit the establishment en masse. Officers entering Putnam Place were unable to locate a victim or anyone responsible for firing the shot.
Preliminary investigation inside confirmed what the officers’ heard was a gunshot. Numerous interviews were conducted at the scene as the patrons left and the crowd eventually dispersed without any further incidents.

The investigation shows there was some type of physical altercation inside the venue just prior to the shot being fired. Details of that fight are unknown at present.
