DWI: Kevin Buhrmaster, 41, of Scotia was arrested at 1:18 a.m. on Dec. 21 following a traffic stop on Ballston Avenue and Finley Street and charged with driving while intoxicated: first offense, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed Operation: Christopher Yost, 61, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 3:04 p.m. on Dec.19 on the Exit 15 Overpass after being involved in a property damage accident and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehiclethird degree, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed Operation: Carlos Correa, 50, of Wilton was arrested at 5:56 p.m. on Dec. 21 following a traffic stop on Crescent Street and South Broadway and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third degree, a misdemeanor.

Assault: Benjamin Tashjian, 22, of Niagra Falls was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on Dec. 22 on Caroline Street and charged with assault third degree, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Laura Schalk, 39 , of Ballston Spa was arrested at 1:53 a.m. on Dec. 22 on Ballston Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, a misdemeanor.

DWI: David Hatlee, 50, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:31 a.m. on Dec. 22 after being involved in a property damage accident and charged with driving while intoxicated: first offense, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, first offense, both misdemeanors.
