Ring in the “Noon Year” with laugh­ter, learning and fun as we in­ves­ti­gate the cool sci­ence of all things frozen. Ac­tiv­i­ties in­clude cre­at­ing glit­ter slime, build­ing ice cas­tles, a fes­tive selfie sta­tion, the last dance party of 2019, en­gi­neer­ing a ball drop, snacks and more. Ev­ery­thing leads up to our a count­down to high noon and mu­seum-wide pa­rade. Suit­able for all ages. All ac­tiv­i­ties are in­cluded with mu­seum ad­mis­sion. No need to pre­reg­is­ter. Meet at the Vis­i­tor Cen­ter for a scenic win­ter walk into the woods and along the es­carp­ment. Af­ter­wards warm up in­side with hot choco­late. Dress in lay­ers and wear warm win­ter boots.
