SARATOGA STRESS RE­DUC­TION PRO­GRAM: Join us for the Saratoga Stress Re­duc­tion Pro­gram, an eight-week Mind­ful­ness Based Stress Re­duc­tion course taught by Selma Ne­mer, PhD, and Pierre Zimmerman, MS, in which stu­dents learn mind­ful­ness­based med­i­ta­tion as a prac­tice for growth and heal­ing.
