Petit Larceny: Meghan McCabe, 40, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Dec. 31 on Ballston Avenue and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r.

Criminal Trespass: Christine Lieberman, 62, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 6 p.m. on Dec. 31 on Regent Street and charged with criminal trespass, second degree: entering or remaining unlawfully in a building, a misdemeano­r.

DWI: Matthew Cosgrove, 27, of Ballston Lake was arrested at 3:26 a.m on Jan. 1 after a traffic stop on Route 9 and Crescent Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicate­d with a prior offense within 10 years, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, with a prior conviction within 10 years, and aggravated driving while intoxicate­d with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or more, with one prior conviction within 10 years, all felonies.

Criminal Trespass: Shawn Johnson, 37, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 1:37 p.m. on Ja. 1 on South Broadway and charged with criminal trespass third, property fenced in or enclosed, a misdemeano­r.

Criminal Mischief: Marie-Elise Bechard, 24, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:17 p.m. on Jan. 1 on Van Dam Street and charged with criminal mischief third degree: damage to another person’s property valued at greater than $250, and criminal trespass second degree” entering or remaining unlawfully in a dwelling, a misdemeano­r.

Criminal Tampering: Mark Gallucci, 46, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on a warrant at 11:16 a.m. on Jan. 2 on Van Dorn Street and charged with criminal tampering third degree, a misdemeano­r.

Assault: Robin Colon, 33, of Troy was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on Jan. 2 on a warrant on Clubhouse

Drive and charged with criminal mischief: intent to damage property, and a third degree: with intent to cause physical injury, both misdemeano­rs.
