Stadel new Saratoga Bridges’ Human Resources Director
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. >> Saratoga Bridges named Tracy Stadel as its new Human Relations Director.
In her role, Stadel will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the organization.
This includes, but not limited to, recruiting and staffing, performance management consultation, compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements, employee orientation, development and training, policy development, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration and succession planning.
Stadel is replacing John Herrick who retired on Jan. 10 after 31 years of service to the agency.
Stadel was Senior Manager Human Capital at Maximus in Albany. Prior to Maximus, she was an HR Business Partner
at the State Farm Insurance operation center in Malta. Stadel is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute and Senior Certified Professional by Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
She received her Bachelor’s degree from Wells College and Master’s degree from The College of St. Rose.
