DWI: Sean Avery, 43, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 3 a.m. on Jan. 7 following a traffic stop on George Street and charged with driving while intoxicate­d: first offense, and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more: first offense, both misdemeano­rs.

Unlicensed Operation: Kevin Reed, 31, of Mechanicvi­lle was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on Jan. 7 following a traffic stop on South Broadway and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third degree, a misdemeano­r.

Unlicensed Operation: Patrick Millington, 25, of Greenfield Center was arrested at 12:24 a.m. on Jan. 8 following a traffic stop and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third degree, and driving with a suspended registrati­on, both misdemeano­rs.

Petit Larceny: Nathan Suprenant, 33, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:22 a.m. on Ballston Avenue and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r.

DWI: Alan O’Hanlon, 45, of Wilton was arrested at 11:29 p.m. on Jan. 8 following a traffic stop on Broadway and Phila Street and charged with driving while intoxicate­d: first offense, operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more: first offense, and aggravated driving while intoxicate­d with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or more- all misdemeano­rs.

Criminal Trespass: Randy

Jones, 52, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 6 p.m. on Jan. 9 on Caroline Street and charged with criminal trespass third degree: property fenced or enclosed, a misdemeano­r.

Unlicensed Operation: Barbara Posada, 60, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 5:08 p.m. on Jan. 9 following a traffic stop on Sunset and Karista Spring Drives and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third degree, a misdemeano­r.
