State Police charge 2 with selling alcohol to minors

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. » State Police conducted an underage drinking enforcemen­t detail at 17 establishm­ents in Saratoga and Warren Counties. During the detail, two people were arrested after allegedly selling alcohol to a person not 21 years of age or older.

MacKenzie Kerr, 23, of Glens Falls, an employee of Cumberland Farms in Queensbury, was charged with first-degree unlawful dealing with a child, alcohol. She was issued an appearance ticket for Queensbury Town Court on Aug. 17.

Harry J. Bala, 68, of Lake Luzerne, an employee of Luzerne Market in Lake Luzerne, was charged with first-degree unlawful dealing with a child, alcohol. He was issued an appearance ticket for Lake Luzerne Town Court on Aug. 12.

The following establishm­ents, meanwhile, were checked and found in compliance:
