Assault: Shawn Renner, 57, of Galway, was arrested at 4:51 pm on July 4 in Saratoga for thirddegree assault and second-degree aggravated harassment.

Criminal Possession: Michelle Torturo, 53, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 12:30 am on July 5 in Clifton Park for 5 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, driving while intoxicated, and first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Criminal Contempt: Joseph Goetz, 49, of Castleton, was arrested at 12:18 pm on July 5 in Wilton for first-degree criminal contempt for disobeying a courtappointed order of protection and aggravated family offense.

Unlicensed Operation: Dupree Williams, 20, of Schenectady, was arrested at 5:35 pm on July 5 in Saratoga Springs for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with 3 or more open suspensions.

Burglary: Emily Roerig, 32, of Malta, was arrested at 9:21 am on July 5 in Malta for second-degree burglary of a dwelling and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Burglary: Michael Scoville, 25, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 9:32 am on July 5 in in Malta for second-degree burglary of a dwelling and seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Burglary: Justin Munguia, 31, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 9:32 am on July 5 in in Malta for second-degree burglary of a dwelling, false personation, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Criminal Possession: Sean Phillips, 35, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 8:29 am on July 5 in Clifton Park for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while ability impaired with a prior conviction in 10 years.

Larceny: Arielle Textier, 24, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 1:30 pm on July 6 in Wilton for petit larceny.

Criminal Possession: A minor, 18, of Albany, was arrested at 12:35 on July 6 in Saratoga Springs for 2 counts of seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Larceny: Anthony Aubin, 30, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 9:13 pm on July 6 in Charlton for second-degree grand larceny of property valued at greater than $50,000, 2 counts of second-degree forgery of an official document, and 2 counts of passing a check with insufficient funds and refusing payment.

Sex Offense: Bruce Stanley, 76, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 12:26 pm on July 6 in Clifton Park for 2 counts of forcible touching

of intimate parts, firstdegree sexual abuse with contact with an individual less than 11, and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17.

Menacing: Michael Blackburn, 38, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 11:25 am on July 6 in Halfmoon for second-degree menacing with a weapon and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17.
