Goliber named AIM chief development and communications officer
WILTON, N.Y. » Local nonprofit organization AIM Services, Inc., one of the area’s largest providers of services to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities, recently named Bo Goliber as its first chief development and communications officer.

In this role she will lead the existing fundraising and marketing efforts at AIM Services, with plans to finetune its strategy and enhance its development team.
Goliber brings nearly two decades of marketing, public

She most recently spent eight years at Fingerpaint, a national health and wellness marketing agency, managing company-wide philanthropy efforts.
Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade with Franklin Community Center as development and community relations coordinator and as a board member.
Additionally, Goliber has been the recipient of several awards including the Twill Social Impact Award from the Northeast Kidney Foundation, she was named a Saratoga County Woman of Influence, and was honored with the Giving Circle’s
Compassion award. She also currently serves as a board member for Beyond My Battle.
“Just when we started to believe we had reached a level of community engagement and recognition, Bo conveys a whole new magnitude of professionalism that will deliver even greater opportunities for the individuals we support,” AIM Services executive director Christopher Lyons said in a press release. “Her unique point of view provides a deep understanding of the dynamic collaboration of nonprofit organizations and their corporate/community partners.”
Goliber is looking forward to fully immersing herself in the AIM community and making a difference in the lives of the people they serve, she said in the release.
“I am committed to the mission of AIM Services and am honored to bring my experience and passion for building relationships to further enhance our presence in this community.” she said. “There is no better time to make sure people know about the life-changing supports we provide; I am energized with a sense of renewed purpose, and I cannot wait to connect and share my excitement.”
AIM Services Board of Directors president Brian Gwynn added, “Our community has come to know Bo for her energy and enthusiasm; she is also very approachable and compassionate, which makes her the perfect addition to our AIM team.”
