Fraud: Paula Tancredi-Penman, 55, of Wilton, was arrested at 9:30 am on April 1 in Saratoga Springs for issuing a false written statement.

Larceny: Jose Madera, 39, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 9:08 am on April 1 in Saratoga Springs for petit larceny.

Criminal Mischief: Kirby Ives, 44, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 5:34 pm on April 2 in Saratoga Springs for criminal mischief with intent to damage property.
