Fraud: Paula Tancredi-Penman, 55, of Wilton, was arrested at 9:30 am on April 1 in Saratoga Springs for issuing a false written statement.
Larceny: Jose Madera, 39, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 9:08 am on April 1 in Saratoga Springs for petit larceny.
Criminal Mischief: Kirby Ives, 44, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 5:34 pm on April 2 in Saratoga Springs for criminal mischief with intent to damage property.
Trespassing: Joseph Deschenes, 50, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 2:35 am on April 3 in Saratoga Springs for thirddegree criminal trespassing in an enclosed property.
DWI: Tyson O’Connell, 41, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 10:52 pm on April 3 in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and 3 vehicle and traffic violations.
Criminal Mischief: Jay O’Neill, 36, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 1:16 am on April 4 in Saratoga Springs for fourth-degree criminal mischief by disabling equipment to prevent a request for emergency services, acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and second-degree
harassment with physical contact.

Criminal Possession: Ava Maddalla, 20, of Schenectady, was arrested at 3:18 am on April 5 in Saratoga Springs for fourth-degree criminal possession of a stolen vehicle, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence by attempting to conceal or destroy, thirddegree unauthorized use of a vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, and 2 vehicle and traffic violations.
