DWI: Zachary Cote, 23, of Waterford, was arrested at 11:38 pm on Aug. 6 in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, and 1 vehicle and traffic violation.

DWI: Morgan Flemming, 30, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 2:32am on Aug. 7in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated and 3 vehicle and traffic violations.

Assault: Arthur Brust, 22, of Wilton, was arrested at 3:11am on Aug. 7 in Saratoga Springs for third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Criminal Possession: Travis Longworth, 25, of Niverville, was arrested at 2:20am on Aug. 7 in Saratoga Springs for fifth-degree criminal possession of cocaine and tampering with physical evidence by attempting to conceal or destroy.

Harassment: Israel Martinez, 42, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 10:32pm on Aug. 7 in Saratoga Springs for second-degree harassment with physical contact, disorderly conduct by obstructing traffic, and resisting arrest.

DWI: Andrea Espinosa-Paladines, 36, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 10:49pm on Aug. 8 in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated.

DWI: Jamie Chittenden, 27, of Albany, was arrested at 12:56 am on Aug. 8 in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, and 2 vehicle and traffic violations.

DWI: Alexandra Capalbi, 24, of White Plains, was arrested at 2:56am on Aug. 8in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, and 2 vehicle and traffic violations.

Criminal Mischief: Jacob Smith, 25, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 9pm on

Aug. 8 in Saratoga Springs for second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespassing by entering or remaining unlawfully in a dwelling, and first-degree criminal contempt for violating an order of protection and causing property damage valued greater than $250.

Assault: Jasay Boone, 47, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 11:24 am on Aug. 9 in Saratoga Springs for third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation by applying pressure.

Criminal Contempt: Trinidad Putnam, 52, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 6:38 pm on Aug. 3 in Greenfield for second-degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order of protection.

Child Endangerment: Michael Denekar, 29, of Mechanicville, was arrested at 5:43pm on Aug. 3 in Malta for endangering the welfare of a child.

DWAI: Brody McCarthy, 23, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 2:35 pm on Aug. 4 in Malta for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

DWI: Robert Lineau, 67, of Middle Grove, was arrested at 7:59 pm on Aug. 4 in Milton for driving while intoxicated.

DWI: Kyle Hammer, 27, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 11:20 pm on Aug. 4 in Clifton Park for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

DWAI: A minor, 18, of Cohoes, was arrested at 2:05am on
