DWAI: Viola Knapp-Colmenero, 51, of Schuylerville, was arrested at 12:50 am on Dec. 22 in Saratoga Springs for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

Criminal Mischief: Michael Burdick, 44, of Corinth, was arrested at 9:59 pm on Dec. 22 in Queensbury for third-degree criminal mischief and reckless endangerment of property.

DWI: Thomas Uccelini, 47, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 1:07 am on Dec. 23 in Saratoga Springs for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Larceny: Linda Rinaldi, 67, of Stillwater, was arrested at 3:50 pm on Dec. 22 in Clifton Park for 2 counts of petit larceny.

Criminal Contempt: Jeremy Lathers, 38, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 10:34 pm on Dec. 23 in Clifton Park for second-degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order.

DWAI: Matthew Halloran, 41, of Latham, was arrested at 4:35 pm on Dec. 23 in Halfmoon for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

DWI: Jessica Keegan, 32, of Cohoes, was arrested at 5:45 am on Dec. 24 in Halfmoon for driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and reckless driving.

DWI: Aaron Arnold, 25, of Ballston Lake, was arrested at 11:27 pm on Dec. 24 in Malta for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

ABC Law: Antoinette Fasino, 28, of South Glens Falls, was arrested at 7:05 pm on Dec. 23 in Bolton for first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.

Criminal Possession: Brian Ramirez-Ortiz, 33, of Ballston Lake, was arrested at 8:09 pm on Dec. 26 in Saratoga for fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen credit cards, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, third-degree criminal mischief damaging a motor vehicle, second-degree menacing with a weapon, and resisting arrest.
