Criminal Possession: Craig DeRusso, 30, of Ballston Lake, was arrested at 9:43 am on April 26 in Clifton Park for 2 counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen credit cards, 2 counts of fifth-degree conspiracy, and 2 counts of third-degree identity theft to obtain goods.

Larceny: Emily Roerig, 34, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 12:24 pm on April 26 in Clifton Park for petit larceny, fifth-degree conspiracy, fourthdegree criminal possession of stolen credit cards, third-degree identity theft to obtain goods, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

DWI: Edward Schrepper, 53, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 4:40 pm on April 28 in Clifton Park for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired with combined drugs and alcohol, reckless driving, and assault with criminal negligence causing injury with a weapon.

Burglary: Tasha Tatsey, 38, of South Glens Falls, was arrested at 4:09 pm on April 30 in Wilton for third-degree burglary by illegal entry into a building with intent to commit a crime and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

DWI: Joseph Wickham, 26, of Greenfield Center, was arrested at 7:51 pm on April 30 in Corinth for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Recklessness: Maxwell McCallum, 21, of Providence, RI, was arrested at 2:10 am on April 30 in Wilton for second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, and third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle.
