DWI: Chad Cunniff, 49, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 10:14 pm on Feb. 8 in Malta for driving while intoxicate­d, aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

DWI: Joshua Glasheen, 27, of Malta, was arrested at 9:35 pm on Feb. 9 in Malta for driving while intoxicate­d and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

DWI: Daniel Taylor, 45, of Malta, was arrested at 10:24 pm on Feb. 9 in Malta for driving while intoxicate­d and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Criminal Mischief: Matthew Cinquanti, 44, of Gansevoort, was arrested at 10:59 pm on Feb. 10 in Wilton for third-degree criminal mischief damaging another person’s property in excess of $250.

DWI: Nicholas Carnavale, 34, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 11:04 pm on Feb. 10 in Halfmoon for driving while intoxicate­d and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

DWAI: Matthew Harris, 53, of Greenwich, was arrested at 6:19 pm on Feb. 11 in South Glens Falls for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Criminal Contempt: Laura Vale, 54, of Schuylervi­lle, was arrested at 12:56 pm on Feb. 11 in Saratoga for second-degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order and second-degree aggravated harassment.

DWI: Brett French, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 8:05 pm on Feb. 11 in Malta for driving while intoxicate­d and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

DWI: Anthony Alifano, 28, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 3:23 am on Feb. 12 in Clifton Park for driving while intoxicate­d, aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

DWI: Tameka Jones, 38, of Queensbury, was arrested at 3:43 am on Feb. 12 in Malta for driving while intoxicate­d, aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, and 2 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

DWI: Laura Wager, 56, of Round Lake, was arrested at 1:48 pm on Feb. 11 in Clifton Park for driving while intoxicate­d and aggravated driving while intoxicate­d.

DWI: Robert Sirignano, 71, of Albany, was arrested at 6:05 pm on Feb. 11 in Halfmoon for driving while intoxicate­d.

Assault: William Cason, 39, of Hadley, was arrested at 8:35 am on Feb. 12 in Hadley for third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion, 2 counts of third-degree criminal tampering, resisting arrest, and third-degree bail jumping.

Larceny: Nadia Zieger, 23, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 4:40 pm on Feb. 12 in Wilton for fourthdegr­ee grand larceny of property valued in excess of $1,000 and petit larceny.

Criminal Contempt: Nicholas Benson, 38, of Wilton, was arrested at 6:29 pm on Feb. 12 in Wilton for first-degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order with a prior conviction and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17.

DWI: Shannon Vargo, 25, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 9:30 pm on Feb. 12 in Malta for driving while intoxicate­d and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Bail Jumping: Matthew Brown, 47, of Glens Falls, was arrested at 5 pm on Feb. 13 in Wilton for third-degree bail jumping.

Burglary: Tristan Mason, 20, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 6 pm on Feb. 13 in Clifton Park for third-degree burglary by illegal entry into a building with intent to commit a crime.

DWI: James McFarland, 53, of Greenfield Center, was arrested at 2:40 pm on Feb. 13 in Clifton Park for driving while intoxicate­d with 2 prior conviction­s within 10 years, aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1% with 2 prior conviction­s within 10 years, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
