Luna Bella Meat­ball Recipe

2lbs of ground beef 1 cup fresh basil 1 cup fresh pars­ley 1Tbsp dry oregano 3 eggs 1 Tbsp di­jon mus­tard 1 Tbsp worces­ter­shire 1 Tbsp gar­lic Salt & Pep­per to taste 1/4 cup grated parme­san 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 Tbsp tomato paste In food pro­ces­sor com­bine ev­ery­thing but ground beef and bread­crumbs. Mix into paste. Add to ground beef and bread­crumbs. Mix well. Roll into large 2 oz meat­balls and place on bak­ing sheet. Bake at 350 de­grees for 20 min­utes.
