Boo with a Badge

Despite a bit of rainy weather, children were out in full force on Halloween, raking in as much candy as they could carry. As the popularity of door-to-door trick-or-treating wanes, many community organizations have stepped up to fill the gap. The Churches of Hot Springs hosted a trunk-or-treat event on the Sunday before Halloween at the Hot Springs Mall, and multiple law enforcement agencies and first responders hosted Boo with a Badge inside the Hot Springs Fire Department’s Central Fire Station on Broadway Street.
