1She is ably assisted by Nancy Storey, with 20 years in the business, and Savanna Nobles, to continue bringing the best value possible in homeowner insurance to its customers.

“Our customer base continues to grow, and as an independent agency, we’ve added new companies who have a broader range of coverages to provide a better bargain for our customers. Your home is your most valuable asset, and with expenses increasing in a tough economy, we realize how important it is to give our customers the biggest bang for their buck,” Ball said.

Ball extended congratulations to the Highway 70 West and Piney Fire Departments for their efforts to lower their ISO rating from a 7 to a 4. In turn, this gives Ball and her staff at 1st Network Insurance a better tool to help customers get the best rates possible.

“This is a perfect example of entities indirectly working together for the benefit of our customers. A lot of our customers, myself included, live in the Highway 70 West and Piney fire districts, so the lower ISO rating definitely gives us leverage when figuring premiums,” Ball said.

In addition to its Hot Springs location at 1018 Airport Road, Suite 126, in Winston Plaza, 1st Network Insurance also maintains an office in the Hot Springs Village Square and can be reached at 501-984-5345. The Hot Springs office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and can be reached at 501-767-1181.

“Your home is one of your most valuable assets. It’s where you and your family live and create lasting memories. It’s where you keep your valued possessions. You never know exactly what’s around the next corner. That’s why you need home insurance,” Ball said.
