Crye-Leike celebrates increased home sales
Crye-Leike’s central Arkansas Realtors are celebrating increased home sales in the local market, under the continued leadership of Managing Broker Rick Ramick.
The office has a sales force of 39 associates with many of them continuously ranking as top producers for the company. This group of agents are strong supporters of the Hot Springs Board of Realtors (HSBOR). CryeLeike is very active in the HSBOR Board of Directors with three agents serving on the board with Ramick as 2015 president. The agents enjoy giving back to their community several times throughout the year. This past year they participated in many fundraisers organized by the HSBOR including the Cans for Kids food drive and Chili Cook Off, the Arkansas Special Olympics Fishing Derby, and a blood drive. Crye-Leike’s Hot Springs office also hosted the 10th Annual “I Care” toy drive for 12 local schools and the Potter’s Clay Women and Children’s Crisis Shelter providing a bright Christmas morning for nearly 100 children, as well the agents participate in Crye-Leike’s companywide United Way campaign.
With a hard working and dedicated sales team, Ramick and his fellow associates take great pride in helping people buy and sell real estate.
“We have seen an upturn in the Hot Springs housing market thanks to increased sales and phone calls,” said Ramick. CryeLeike has been helping thousands of home buyers and sellers for more than 35 years and is dedicated to offering passionate commitment to unsurpassed service. “From all indications, in 2015 we should see an increase in sales of new and existing homes.”
In addition to real estate services CryeLeike’s core companies offer property management, title search and closing assistance, insurance for home and auto as well as mortgage and relocation assistance. Crye-Leike truly is a one-stop shop for all your real estate related needs.
