President has own agenda

-

Dear editor:

I agree with the letter Mr. Hoffman wrote to the editor Nov. 12 regarding the flaws in President Obama’s character. I heard President Obama stating in an interview that the biggest threat to his administration is “committed Christians.” It’s perfectly clear the president has his own agenda for this country.

I hoped President Obama would bring the races closer together, but instead he has driven a wider gap. Instead of supporting our police, knowing the difficult task they face each day, he pours gas on the fire, inflaming hatred toward our law enforcement officers. Businesses have a harder time across our country trying to stay in business due to “Obamacare.”

President Obama is releasing thousands of incarcerated drug dealers and crooks from prisons across our country to prey on law-abiding citizens. And, oh yes, President Obama lights up the White House in rainbow colors to celebrate same-sex marriage. Have you ever seen him light up the White House in honor of our troops? He has to be forced to lower the flag at half-staff for our soldiers who were killed by an Islamic terrorists in Tennessee.

Ask yourself, is the U.S. stronger? Do we have the respect we once held worldwide?

Mr. Wilson stated in his letter dated Nov. 14 that God put Mr. Obama in the White House. I agree, but for what purpose? It might be to punish this nation for its blatant disrespect in defying our Creator.
